摘　　要：直面问题核电要实现可持续发展,铀资源利用与高放废物安全管理是两个必须面对的问题。2016年10月以来,党和国家领导人对加快我国核循环做出重要批示,强调＂发展核循环产业是一个值得高度重视的国家安全问题＂＂要借鉴国际经验,加强统筹规划,科学有序推进该项工作＂。Since October 2016,the party and state leaders have made important instructions about speeding up China's nuclear cycle industry development,stressed that'the development of this work is a highly important national security issue'and'we should learn from international experience,strengthen the overall planning and push the nuclear cycle work forward scientifically'.At the end of 2016,the State Council held a special meeting to conduct a special study of further accelerating the development of the nuclear cycle work and making clear the development goals and responsibilities.The development of the nuclear cycle industry is a new strategy of innovation and development in the field of energy.It is the new mission of the nuclear industry in the new period.
