摘 要:通过对供应链网状结构模型的分析,首先,建立由分销、供应网络和核心企业组成的供应链多级库存系统。该系统考虑了供应链成本中的生产成本和运输成本,并以客户服务水平等作为约束条件下,以库存成本最优为目标,建立多约束单目标多级库存控制优化模型,以确定各节点的最大库存量和订货临界点。其次,根据所建立模型的特点,完成了物流过程仿真器的设计,并采用了遗传算法作为模型的求解方法。最后,通过算例对模型的有效性进行验证,得出基于该模型的优化能够降低供应链库存成本,并使得供应链总体性能得到改善。The network structure model of the supply chain is analysed. Firstly, a system which covers distribution, supply network and a core enterprise is proposed. The system establishes multi-constraints and a single-objective model, which considers the production cost, transportation cost and regards the service level of customers as constraint conditions, meanwhile, considers the inventory cost of supply chains as the optimization objective and determines the maximum stock and order breakthrough point. Secondly, according to the features of the model, the logistics process simulator is designed and the genetic algorithm is adopted to solve the model. Finally, numerical examples are designed to demonstrate the validity of the model, and the results show that the proposed model could lower the inventory cost of supply chains and improve the total performance of supply chains.
