摘 要:针对大排量高压往复泵注水过程的非线性、强耦合特性,首先搭建了一套恒压注水监控系统,通过现场试验得到恒压控制耦合规律。在此基础上以注水干压误差及其变化率作为输入变量,设计了模糊增益调整PID控制算法。最后进行常规PID控制算法、模糊增益调整PID控制算法仿真分析和恒压注水控制试验,结果表明,模糊增益调整PID控制算法能保证出口干压控制误差小于0.1MPa,且较好地抑制了水压超调量和系统振荡,验证了该控制算法应用于大排量高压往复泵注水系统中的可行性。In allusion to the nonlinear and strong coupling characteristics of the process of large displacement high pressure reciprocating pump injection, firstly, a set of monitoring system of water injection with constant pressure was established and coupling rules of constant pressure control was obtained by field test. On the basis of this rule, the fuzzy gain conditioner PID control algorithm was designed viewing the error of the water total pressure and its change rate as input variables. Finally, the simulation analysis of the conventional PID control algorithm and the fuzzy gain conditioner PID control algorithm were carried out and the constant injection control experiment was tested, The results show that the fuzzy gain conditioner PID control algorithm can ensure that the outlet pressure controlling error is less than 0.1 MPa and the water pressure overshoot and the system oscillation are better inhibited. The feasibility of this control algorithm applied to the system of large displacement high pressure reciprocating pump injection is verified.
