摘　　要：目的:分析利培酮导致白细胞减少的不良反应特点。方法:收集并分析2004-2015年我院上报的21例利培酮致白细胞减少的不良反应病例并进行分析,探讨利培酮导致白细胞减少的特点。结果:21例患者中,男性10例,女性11例。年龄15~72岁,其中31~40岁有9例,占42.9%。原患疾病以精神分裂症为主,患者均为口服用药,用药剂量为正常剂量,用药至发生白细胞减少的潜伏期为(28.6±21.4)d。发生不良反应时,患者均无不适的主诉,白细胞计数均值为(3.1±0.5)×10~9L^(-1),经减量、停药及对症处理均好转。结论:利培酮致白细胞减少时,患者通常无躯体不适的主诉,临床需定期监测、尽早识别、谨慎处理。OBJECTIVE： To analyze the features of risperidone-induced leucocytopenia ADR. METHODS： Twenty-one ADR cases of risperidone-induced leucocytopenia reported by our hospital were collected and analyzed during 2004-2015. The characteristics of risperidone-induced leucocytopenia were discussed. RESULTS： Among 21 patients, there were 10 male and 11 female. The age was from 15 to 72 years old. Nine cases of patients were 31-40 years old （42.9%）. Most of the original disease was schizophrenia. Incubation period of leucocytopenia caused by risperidone was （28.6 ± 21.4） d. Patients had no discomfort complain when leucocytopenia occurred. The lowest white blood cells reported was （3.1 ± 0.5）×10^9 L^-1. The leucocytopenia were improved after reduction, drug withdrawal and symptomatic treatment. CONCLUSIONS： Patients usually have no body discomfort complain when risperidone-induced leucocytopenia appears. Doctors should moniter ADR regularly, identify it earlier and treat carefully.
