摘　　要：微透析技术是一种简便,灵敏的活体取样技术,适合于对局部组织和器官的活体采样,且采集的样品无需处理,通过联合HPLC,HPLC-MS等分析技术,可实时、在线监测中药成分及其代谢产物在机体的动态变化。微透析技术在中药制剂的研究中发挥着重要的作用,为中药外用制剂的质量评价提供了新的方法。本文主要介绍微透析技术的原理和特点,重点阐述了微透析技术在中药外用制剂中的应用,表明微透析技术在中药外用制剂的研究中具有广阔前景。Microdialysis technique is a simple,sensitive in vivo sampling technique,suitable for the living of local tissues and organs sampling,without any treatment of the samples,through the combination with HPLC,HPLC-MS analysis technology,it can real-time and on-line monitoring of dynamic changes of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） components and metabolites in the body. Microdialysis technique plays an important role in the study of TCM,and provides a new method for the quality evaluation of TCM external preparations. The article mianly introduced the principle and characteristics of microdialysis,focusing on the application of microdialysis technique in TCM external preparations,indicated that microdialysis technique has broad prospects in the research of TCM external preparations.
