摘 要:目的探讨不同孕期孕妇凝血指标、血脂水平和脂蛋白水平的临床特点及其临床意义。方法选取我院2014年10月至2015年1月收治的180例产检孕妇,分为孕早期组、孕中期组和孕晚期组各60例,另外选取同期体检健康的60名非怀孕女性作为对照组。观察和比较各组的凝血指标、血脂水平和脂蛋白水平。结果 (1)孕中期组和孕晚期组的凝血指标明显高于对照组和孕早期组(P<0.05);对照组和孕早期组的凝血指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);孕晚期组的凝血指标明显高于孕中期组(P<0.05)。(2)孕早期组、孕中期组、孕晚期组的血脂水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);孕中期组和孕晚期组的血脂水平明显高于孕早期组(P<0.05);孕中期组和孕晚期组的血脂水平比较差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。(3)孕早期组、孕中期组、孕晚期组的脂蛋白水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);孕中期组和孕晚期组的脂蛋白水平明显高于孕早期组(P<0.05);孕中期组和孕晚期组的脂蛋白水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通过对凝血指标、血脂水平、脂蛋白水平的检测,能够准确地判断孕妇的高凝状态程度,可以预测血栓形成的可能性,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical characteristics and clinical significance of blood coagulation indicators, blood lipid and lipoprotein levels of pregnant women during different gestations. Methods 180 cases of pregnant women receiving prenatal examination in our hospital from October 2014 to January 2015 were selected and divided into first-trimester group, second-trimester group and third-trimester group, with 60 cases in each group. Another 60 non-pregnant women receiving physical examination in the same period were selected as control group. The blood coagulation indicators, blood lipid and lipoprotein levels were observed and compared among 4 groups. Results (1)The blood coagulation indicators of second-trimester group and third-trimester group were significantly higher than those of control group and first-trimester group (P 〈0.05). No statistical difference was found in the blood coagulation indicators between control group and first-trimester group (P 〉0.05). The blood coagulation indicators of third-trimester group was significantly higher than that of second-trimester group (P 〈0.05). (2)The blood lipid levels of first-trimester group, second-trimester group and third-trimester group were significantly higher than that of control group (P 〈0.05). The blood lipid levels of second-trimester group and third-trimester group were significantly higher than that of first-trimester group (P 〈0.05). No statistical difference was found in the blood lipid levels between second-trimester group and third-trimester group (P〉0.05). (3)The lipoprotein levels of first-trimester group, second-trimester group and third-trimester group were significantly higher than that of control group (P 〈0.05). The lipoprotein levels of second-trimester group and third-trimester group were significantly higher than that of first-trimester group (P 〈0.05). No statistical difference was found in the lipoprotein levels between second-trimester group and third-trimester group (
