眼科日间全麻手术患者由麻醉复苏室出院模式及护理应对措施  

Mode and Nursing Measures for Patients Discharged from Post Anesthesia Care Unit after Daytime Ophthalmic Operation under General Anesthesia

摘　　要：目的探讨眼科日间手术全麻患者由麻醉复苏室(PACU)出院模式及护理应对措施。方法选取我院从麻醉复苏室出院的161例患者按年龄分为>10岁组(91例)和≤10岁组(70例),术后进行分期复苏模式,比较两组患者的PACU停留时间、PADS评分达9分的时间、并发症发生率及VAS评分。结果 161例患者在PACU停留时间为23(20~30)min,PADS评分达9分的时间为20(10~28.5)min,VAS评分为1(0~2)分。离院前有2例患者出现恶心。≥10岁组的PADS评分达9分的时间明显长于<10岁组(P<0.05)。术后当晚电话随访,结果显示所有患者均未出现严重并发症。结论严格按照流程与标准实施护理是保障眼科日间手术患者麻醉复苏室出院的重要环节。Objective To explore the mode and nursing measures for patients discharged from post anesthesia care unit （PACU） after daytime ophthalmic operation under general aneathesia. Methods 161 cases of patients discharged from PACU in our hospital were selected and divided into 〉10 years old group （91 cases） and ≤ 10 years old group （70 cases）. All the patients received staged resuscitation mode. The PACU stay time, the time for PADS score reached 9, incidence of complications and VAS score were compared between two groups. Results Among 161 cases of patients, the PACU stay time was 23 （20 - 30） min, time for PADS score reached 9 was 20 （10 - 28.5） min, VAS score was 1 （0 - 2） and 2 cases suffered nausea before leaving hospital. The time for PADS score reached 9 of 〉 10 years old group was significantly longer than that of ≤ 10 years old group （P 〈0.05）. All patients were followed up through telephone that night after operation and no severe complications occurred. Conclusions Nursing that strictly following the process and standard is an important link to ensure that patients are discharged from PACU after daytime ophthalmic operation.
