摘　　要：农产品流通是连接消费与生产的纽带,已越来越成为关系国计民生的关键性问题。农产品流通效率的提升对于促进农业生产,推进农村经济发展具有关键性作用。目前,国内学者关于农产品流通效率相关领域的研究几乎涵盖了绝大部分,但是对于构建公共服务体系以提高农产品流通效率进而促进农业经济发展的相关内容缺乏深入探讨和研究,同时也缺少针对性较强的政策措施。由于我国目前农产品流通中存在着基础设施建设落后、农产品市场规模相对较小、农产品流通环节复杂、流通信息滞后性强等一系列问题,导致农产品流通成本高、效率低,严重影响区域经济发展。因此构建功能强大的农产品流通体系成为了推进农业经济发展的一个急需解决的问题。The circulation of agricultural products is the link between consumption and production, which has become the key issue of the national economy and people＇s livelihood. Agricultural products circulation efficiency plays an important role in promoting agricultural production and the development of rural economy. At present, the domestic scholars＇ researches on the efficiency of agricultural product circulation almost cover the whole field, but as for the relevant content constructing the public service system to improve the circulation efficiency of agricultural products and promote the development of agricultural economy, there are few in- depth study and research, besides, the strong policy measures are also not sufficient. Because in our country, there are a series of problems about the circulation of agricultural products, such as the infrastructure construction lacking, small market size of agricultural products, the complexity of circulation efficiency, and the hysteresis of circulation information. All these problems lead to the high cost and low efficiency of the circulation of agricultural products and seriously affect regional economic development. So the construction of powerful circulation system of agricultural products has become an urgent need to promote the development of agricultural economy.
