摘 要:针对六氟化硫电气设备气体现场检测时间过长、工作效率低的问题,研制了一种六氟化硫气体检测分流装置。该分流装置主要由进气、分流及输出三部分组成。进气部分采用1分*4或1分*6快速插头,分流部分为带控制阀的三通,输出部分采用1分*4或1分*6节流阀快速插头。该分流装置实现了一路进气,两路输出同步检测的目的。This paper aims at solving the long duration of detecting and low efficiency issues during the on-site diagnostic concerning the SF6 electrical devices. A new shunt device has been developed for SF6 gas diagnostic. There are three essential parts which consist this kind of shunt device called input part, shunting and output part. Input part adapts 1 cent * 4 or 1 cent * 6 fast patch panel, shunting part has a feed-through with a control valve. Output part adapts 1 cent * 4 or1 cent * 6 fast patch panel as well. By achieving input gas only one flow line, two output gas signal come out. It reduces working time while improving the efficiency and safety factors.
