摘 要:目的探讨槐米芦丁对Ⅱ型糖尿病小鼠模型的保护作用。方法一次性注射150mg/kg链脲佐菌素(STZ),建立Ⅱ型糖尿病小鼠模型,动物分为空白组,损伤组,阳性对照组(消渴丸),芦丁保护组,采用连续28d灌胃给药法,通过测定血糖、体重、脏器指数,血清生化指标总胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG),抗氧化指标超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量,氧化损伤指标丙二醛(MDA)含量,研究STZ对小鼠模型的损伤程度及芦丁的保护作用。结果槐米中提取的芦丁能够显著降低模型血糖,改善小鼠体重下降的趋势,降低血清中TC、TG的含量(P<0.01,P<0.05),增强心、肝、肾的SOD活性(P<0.05),降低心、肝、肾中MDA含量(P<0.05)。结论槐米芦丁能够增强Ⅱ型糖尿病小鼠的抗氧化能力,改善糖尿病小鼠的糖脂代谢,对糖尿病小鼠有较好的保护作用。Objective This paper is to investigate the protective effect of rutin from flos sophorae immaturus on type Ⅱ diabetes mice. Methods We established type Ⅱ diabetes mouse model of by injecting streptozotocin( STZ) one-time. The mice were divided into blank control group,injury group,positive control group( Xiaokewan) and rutin group,all of which used continuous28 d gavage method. In order to determine the damage of STZ and the protective effect of rutin from flos sophorae immaturus on type II diabetes mice,we detected the content of glucose,body weight,organ index,serum biochemical indexes including total cholesterol( TC) and triglyceride( TG),antioxidant enzymes superoxide dismutase( SOD),and oxidative damage enzymes malondialdehyde( MDA). Results The extraction of rutin from flos sophorae immaturus significantly reduced the model of glucose,improved the decreasing body weight,and reduced the content of TC and TG in serum of mice( P 〈0. 01,P〈 0. 05),meanwhile,it enhanced SOD activities and reduced the MDA content in heart,liver and kidney( P〈 0. 05). Conclusion Therefore,rutin enhanced the antioxidant capacity,and improved glucose and lipid metabolism on the diabetic mice,which showed a better protective effect on mice.
