金银花九丰一号和中花一号不同花期药效成分含量比较研究

摘　　要：目的测定金银花九丰一号和中花一号不同花期不同生长部位的药效成分含量,为绿原酸和木犀草苷的提取提供参考。方法按照2015版《中国药典》对临沂产九丰一号和中花一号在不同花期的花和叶中绿原酸、木犀草苷含量进行测定。结果九丰一号幼蕾期到金花期的绿原酸含量大于1.5%,中花一号除幼蕾期的其他时期均在1.5%以上,符合2015版《中国药典》规定;九丰一号只有叶中的木犀草苷含量大于0.050%,中花一号大白期和叶的木犀草苷含量高于0.050%,符合《中国药典》2015年版规定。结论根据绿原酸和木犀草苷含量综合分析,确定中花一号大白期为最佳采收期,确定九丰一号三青期到二白期为最佳采收期,叶中的木犀草苷含量最高,可充分利用金银花的叶以提高资源利用率。Objective To obtain the effects of the different parts in different growth component content of the Jiufeng Yihao and Zhonghua Yihao,and the study results can provide a reference point on chlorogenic acid and luteoloside extraction. Methods The contents of chlorogenic acid and luteoloside in flowers and leaves in different flower＇s periods in the Zhonghua Yihao and Jiufeng Yihao planted in Linyi were determined by using high performance liquid chromatography（ HPLC） method according to the requirements in Chinese Pharmacopoeia of the 2015 version. Results The content of chlorogenic acid from young bud stage to the great white period in Jiufeng Yihao and the periods without the young bud stage in Zhonghua Yihao is greater than 1. 5% and is suit for the requirement of Chinese Ppharmacopoeia of the 2015 version. The content of galuteolin in leaves of Jiufeng Yihao and the great white period and leaves of Zhonghua Yihao is greater than 0. 050% and is suit for the requirement of Chinese Pharmacopoeia of the 2015 version. Conclusion Comprehensive analysis based on the contents of chlorogenic acid and luteoloside,it be determined that the best harvest time of Zhonghua Yihao is the great white period,the best harvest time of Jiufeng Yihao is three green period to two white period,content of luteoloside is the highest in leaves,the leaf of honeysuckle can be efficiently used in order to improve the application of honeysuckle resource.
