摘　　要：对狼毒大戟中二萜类化学成分进行了研究。采用硅胶柱色谱及HPLC等色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据分析鉴定化合物的结构,从狼毒大戟根部石油醚萃取物中分离得到4个二萜类化合物,分别鉴定为:岩大戟内酯A、岩大戟内酯B、17-羟基岩大戟内酯A和17-羟基岩大戟内酯B。The diterpene chemical constituents of Euphorbia Fischeriana Steud were investigated.Compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and HPLC.Their structures were elucidated by analyses of physical and spectroscopic data.From the roots of Euphorbia F ischeriana S teud.in petroleum ether,the four diterpene compounds were isolated,and they were identified as：jolkinolide A,jolkinolide B,17-hydroxyjolkinolide A and 17-hydroxyjolkinolide B.
