摘  要:白鹤滩水电站左岸导流洞进出口围堰临汛前拆除,采用下闸关门爆破,具有拆除工期紧、地质条件复杂、爆后机械捞渣难、安全风险大、质量要求高等特点。实施过程中分为两期(水位线以上、以下)和四个作业区进行拆除,水上部分使用水平孔控制爆破,水下部分创造干地施工条件套管爆破。进口围堰经济断面距离闸门较近,通过设计炸药单耗2.0~2.5 kg/m^3,控制最大单响药量130 kg,主爆破孔采用垂直孔超深、分段微差起爆装药联网、定向爆破的方式,确保拆除效果和闸门安全。进口围堰拆除在堰内充水后设置气幕,并采取门前堆放沙袋、门槽充填泡沫等措施,确保围堰拆除后顺利提闸。The cofferdam dismantlement at the entrance and exit of the diversion tunnel,at left bank of Baihetan Hydropower Station,needs demolition before the flood season with gate closed. Many difficulties should be considered,such as the tight schedule,complicated geological condition,slag clean by machine,high security risk and quality requirements. The process was divided into two phases and four zones for blasting,by using the horizontal borehole controlled blasting to demolish the above-water part,while adopting the man-made dry working condition as well as casing-blasting tech for under-water part demolition. The cofferdam economic section at the entrance of diversion tunnel was close to the sluice gate,then the specific charge was designed in the range of 2. 0 ~ 2. 5 kg/m^3,and the maximum charge was controlled less than 130 kg. Meanwhile,some other measures were taken to keep the security of gate and the demolition effects,such as drilling vertical blast holes proper deeply,applying millisecond delay in the blasting network and directional explosion skill,setting the air curtain after filling water in the weir,stacking the sandbags in front of the gate and filling the plastic foam into the gate-slot.
