摘　　要：为满足含H2S介质油气集输管线用钢管的使用要求,采用w(Mn)=0.25%~0.5%抗H2S腐蚀卷板,通过成型和焊接工艺研究,成功开发出了低锰X65MS钢级HFW/螺旋/直缝抗H2S腐蚀用焊管,并对试制钢管进行了力学性能测试及HIC、SSCC试验。力学性能检测结果显示,HFW/螺旋/直缝焊管0℃下焊缝冲击功均大于80 J,且具有优异的焊缝低温韧性和抗弯性能,管体最高硬度仅239HV10;HIC试验结果显示,3种焊管管体和焊缝的CSR、CLR、CTR均为0;SSCC试验结果显示,3种焊管管体和焊缝试样在分别加载72%Re L和90%Re L载荷下,母材和焊接接头均未出现裂纹或断裂,表现出了良好的抗酸性。研究结果表明,开发的低锰X65MS钢级HFW/螺旋/直缝抗H2S腐蚀用焊管,完全可以在含H2S的油气输送中安全服役。In order to meet the use requirements of oil and gas gathering pipeline containing H2S medium, by adopting H2S corrosion resistance plate rolling（w （Mn）=0.25%-0.5%）, through forming and welding technology research, it successfully developed low Mn X65MS steel grade HFW/splral/longitudinal H2S corrosion resistance welded pipe, and carried out the mechanical properties testing, HIC test and SSCC test on the trial-manufactured steel pipe. The mechanical properties test results showed that the impact energy of HFW/spiral/longitudinal welded pipe was higher than 80 J under 0 ℃, and the weld was with excellent low temperature toughness and bending resistance capacity, the highest hardness of pipe body was 239 HVt0 ; HIC test results showed that the CSR, CLR and CTR of three kinds of welded pipe body and weld all was 0; SSCC test results showed that the crack and fracture don＇t appear on base metal or welded joints of 3 kinds of welded pipe, respectively under the load of 72%ReL and 90%Rel, showing excellent resistance to acid. Research results indicated that the development of low Mn X65MS steel grade HFW/spiral/longitudinal H：S corrosion resistance welded pipe, can completely realize security service in oil and gas transportation containing H2S medium.
