摘  要:设计了一种新型的、改进加工工艺的悬振式光整加工设备,该装置采用激振电动机、聚氨酯橡胶减震支座以及左旋右旋圆柱螺旋压缩弹簧的组合结构,实现对圆盘类工件的表面光整加工。通过Pro/E三维建模软件建立了悬振式加工装置三维模型,基于Adams/View仿真软件平台,对新型悬振式加工装置的主体振动结构部分进行动力学仿真,得出工作室的振幅曲线,根据高频小振幅要求,验证振动装置的弹簧刚度和阻尼,以及橡胶减震支座的刚度和阻尼,根据振动响应曲线证明了所选弹簧和橡胶支座可以满足悬振式加工装置光整设备的振幅要求,最后通过实验验证设备的加工效果,为此类型的设备相关零部件的选择提供了参考依据。This paper designed a new suspended vibratory finishing processing equipment of improving processing technology,the equipment adopts the vibration motor,polyurethane rubber damping bearing and the combination of the left-handed right-handed cylindrical spiral compression spring,achieving surface finishing of the plate parts. Establish the vibratory finishing machine model by using Pro/E modeling software,simulation based on Adams/View software platform,conduct dynamics simulation of the key body parts of the new suspended vibrating finishing machine,draw a studio amplitude curve,according to the requirement of high frequency low amplitude,verify the spring stiffness and damping of the system,as well as stiffness and damping of rubber damping bearing,the vibration response curve proves that the selected spring and rubber bearing can satisfy the requirement of the finishing equipment vibration amplitude. Finally,verify processing results for the device through the experiment,provide a reference basis for the selection of related parts and components for the type of equipment.
