摘  要:对南京地区6个实际办公类、医院类和住宅类建筑中土壤源热泵系统的运行参数进行一个夏季和冬季的连续测试,从地埋管出水温度和传热热阻2个方面进行分析评价,结果表明:土壤源热泵冬季制热效率高,而夏季制冷效率存在较大差异。多数地埋管初始换热热阻高于钻孔内理想换热热阻,热泵机组的运行管理比较粗放,需要大力提升管理水平。The summer and winter continuous tests for ground-source heat pump systems operating in six actual offices, hospitals and residential buildings in Nanjing area were carried out to get operating parameters, and outlet water temperature of buried pipe and heat transfer resistance were analyzed and evaluated. The results show that the heating efficiency of ground-source heat pump system is relatively high in winter, however, there is larger diversity for the refrigerating efficiency in summer. The initial heat transfer resistances of numerous buried pipes are higher than ideal heat transfer resistance in bore, the operation management of heat pump system is relatively extensive, the management level needs improving energetically.
