摘 要:以风电增速齿轮斜齿行星轮系为研究主体,考虑到太阳轮与内啮合轮间存在的多对间隙对齿轮啮合的影响,建立行星轮系几何模型,采用接触-冲击动力学理论和刚柔耦合建模分析方法,计算分析行星轮系啮合应力的分布情况,进而得到风电斜齿行星轮系在不同转速、不同扭矩下的动态均载系数。由于风力发电机常处于变风载工况下,因此研究不同转速和扭矩时行星轮系及行星轮的动态均载系数的变化规律。结果表明:随着转速的增大,行星轮系的动态均载系数变小;随着负载的增大,动态均载减小;随着啮合过程冲击逐渐变小,在轮齿啮合过程中其刚度变化平稳,同时均载系数也会更接近于1;实际工况下风载会改变转速从而带来大的冲击作用,造成行星齿轮的破坏,为了减少风电行星轮系统齿轮的破坏,应尽可能增加浮动装置。Taking the planetary gear system with helical gears of wind turbine as the research subject, considering the influence of the gaps between solar wheel and inner gear on gear meshing, the geometric model of the planetary gear system was established. The distribution of meshing stress of planetary gear system was calculated and analyzed using contact-impact dynamics theory and rigid-flexible coupling modeling method, then obtaining the dynamic load sharing coefficients of wind-driven helical planetary gear system under different rotational speeds and different torques. As the wind turbine being often under variable wind load, therefore, the variation rule of dynamic load sharing coefficient of planetary wheel system and planetary gear under the different rotation speed and the torque were studied. The results show that the dynamic load sharing coefficient of planetary wheel system becomes small with the increase of rotational speed, the dynamic load reduces with the increase of load. The impact gradually becomes small in meshing process of gear, the stiffness change becomes stable in the meshing process of meshing gear, while the load sharing coefficient will be more close to 1. The wind load will change the rotation speed, bring large impact effect in actual operating situation, and result in the destruction of the planet gear. In order to reduce the damage of gear in planetary gear system of wind turbine, the floating device has to be installed as far as possible.
