摘  要:以玉米秸秆为原料,研究烘焙温度(220、250和280℃)对秸秆热解产物产率、品质和能量分布的影响。结果表明:秸秆经220、250和280℃烘焙后,热解生物油水分相比原样分别降低11.4%、28.3%和41.8%;与此同时,生物油中酸类产物逐渐减少,酚类产物逐渐增多,生物油热值明显增大。烘焙对热解气中CH_4和H_2有一定促进作用,可燃气的热值逐渐增大。烘焙对生物质炭的化学组分无明显影响,但随着生物质炭产率的增大,其能量产率逐渐增大。烘焙脱氧预处理可改善生物油的品质、提高可燃气的热值、增大生物质炭的能量产率。Corn stalk was used as raw material and the effect of torrefaction temperature (220, 250 and 280 ℃) on the yield, properties of pyrolysis product (bio-oil, biochar and non-condensable gas) and energy distribution was investigated. The results show that the water content of bio-oil pyrolysis product of corn stalk decreases 11.4%, 28.3% and 41.8% after torrefaction at 220, 250 and 280℃ than water content of original bio-oil in raw corn stalk, respectively. Acid content in bio-oil decreases gradually while the phenols content increases gradually. The calorific value of bio-oil increases obviously. The torrefaction pretreatment promotes the production of H2 and CH4 in pyrolysis process. The torrefaction pretreatment promotes the production of H2 and CH4 in pyrolysis process, and thus the calorific value of combustible gas increases gradually. The torrefaction has no obvious effect on the chemical composition of biochar, but its energy yield increases gradually with the increase of biochar yield. Torrefaction deoxygenation pretreatment can improve the quality of bio-oil, increase calorific value of combustible gas and increase energy yield of biochar.
