摘 要:研究了α-烯烃磺酸钠(C16AOS)和内烯烃磺酸钠(C16IOS)分别与脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO9)复配后,乳化剂用量及类型对乳液聚合过程、乳胶粒粒径、聚合物乳液稳定性的影响。乳化剂用量增加可以降低凝聚率、减小乳胶粒粒径、增强耐电解质稳定性。相同临界胶束浓度倍数下的乳化剂,C16IOS/AEO9乳化剂得到的聚合物乳液凝聚率低、乳胶粒粒径小、稳定性好。Sodium alpha olefin sulfonate (C,6AOS) and sodium internal olefin sulfonate (C16lOS) were complexed with fatty alcohol ethoxylated (AEO9), respectively. The effects of emulsifier concentration and type on the process of emulsion polymerization, the diameter of latex particles, and polymer emulsion stability were investigated. The increase of emulsifier concentration could reduce condensation rate, the diameter of latex particles and enhance the electrolyte tolerance stability. When the amount of emulsifier was at the same critical micelle concentration multiples, the emulsifier of C,610S/AEQ9 obtained a polymer emulsion with lower condensation rate, smaller diameter of latex particles and good stability.
