摘 要:以海藻酸钠/羧甲基纤维素钠为原料,氯化钙水溶液和乙醇混合溶液为凝固浴,通过改变凝固浴中乙醇的比例,制备了海藻酸钠/羧甲基纤维素钠共混膜。测定了不同乙醇用量所得共混膜的抗张强度、断裂伸长率、吸水率、保水率以及水蒸气透过率,通过红外光谱(IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)及X射线衍射(XRD)对共混膜的结构进行表征。结果表明:共混膜组分间相容性良好、表面平整;当V(蒸馏水)∶V(无水乙醇)=7∶3时,共混膜具有最大的机械性能及较低的吸湿性能。Sodium alginate/sodium carboxymethyl cellulose were used as the raw material and the aque- ous solution of calcium chloride and ethanol co-solvent were used as mixed coagulation bath. The sodium alginate/sodium carboxymethyl cellulose blended films were prepared by changing the ratio of ethanol in coagulation bath. The tensile strength, elongation at break, water absorption, water retention and water vapor transmission of the blended films with different amounts of ethanol were measured. The structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy (IR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results showed that the compatibility of blended films components was good and the surface was smooth. When the volumn ratio of water and ethanol was 7:3, the blended films had the highest mechanical performances and low water absorption performances.
