摘  要:为探讨水稻骨干亲本石狩白毛遗传基础及重要标记位点在衍生后代中传递特点,利用1 000对SSR标记筛选石狩白毛标记,最终筛选出128对多态性较好引物,利用128对引物在分子水平分析石狩白毛及衍生品种。128对引物中有45个标记遗传贡献率超过50%,在子一代和子二代材料中,所有标记均被检测到,有27个标记在前两个世代传递频率在60%以上;在子三代和子四代材料中,除RM229外均被检测到,传递频率大于60%标记位点分别有25个和18个;子五代和子六代中遗传频率均超过60%标记分别有25个和24个;子七代中有7个标记传递频率在60%以上,RM84、RM254、RM556、RM309、RM217、RM109、RM22、RM599、RM331、RM20300、RM27850、RM22516在七个世代中传递频率均达50%以上;推测这些基因组位点及其附近染色体区域是育种重点选择部分。石狩白毛含有与重要农艺性状相关的特殊基因组位点/区段,是其成为骨干亲本的遗传基础。In order to investigate the genetic basis of Ishikari core rice parents and important markers in derivative transmission characteristics in the offspring, were screened for Ishikari, by marking the 1 000 pairs of SSR, finally selected 128 pairs of polymorphic primers, analyzed the molecular level of Ishikari and its derivatives using the 128 pairs of primers. Total 128 pairs of 45 markers genetic contribution rate of more than 50%, in the first generation and second generation materials, all the markers were detected with 27 markers in second generations before the transfer frequency of more than 60%; in the third generation and fourth generation materials, except RM229 can be detected, the transfer frequency was greater than 60% marker loci were 25 and 18; fifth and sixth sub marker in genetic frequency of more than 60% generations were 25 and 24; seventh generation marker frequency above 60% was seven, RM84, RM254, RM556, RM309, RM217, RM109, RM22,RM599, RM331, RM20300, RM27850, RM22516, transmission frequency in seventh generation reached above 50%; that these chromosomal regions and genomic loci near may be strongly breeders selection, Ishikari genomic loci/segments that contained a number of specific and important agronomic traits may be the genetic basis of the founder parent.
