摘 要:目的探讨空勤人员实行高尿酸血症的健康管理模式。方法 142例高尿酸血症空勤人员随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各71例,对照组给予常规治疗与护理,观察组在对照组护理的基础上给予健康管理模式。结果观察组干预后的日常生活、疾病医学、情绪管理评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组与对照组的血清尿酸水平均低于干预前,且观察组血清尿酸水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论空勤人员高尿酸血症健康管理模式的应用能提高空勤人员的自我管理能力,促进尿酸水平的降低。Objective To investigate the health management model of aircrew hyperuricemia. Methods 142 cases of aircrew hyperuricemia were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 71 cases in each group, control group was given conventional treatment and nursing, observation group was given health management mode based on the nursing of the control group. Results The scores of daily life, disease medicine and emotion management in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P〈0.05). After intervention, the serum uric acid levels in the observation group and the control group were significantly lower than those before intervention, and the observation group was significantly reduced(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of health management model of aircrew hyperuricemia can improve self-management ability, promote lower uric acid levels.
