摘　　要：随着我国经济发展进入新常态,商品住宅房地产供需矛盾进一步显现出来,而作为四、五线城市的达州市其供需矛盾更加突出.通过对达州市的商品住宅房地产的供需现状进行调查研究,对其存在的问题进行剖析,最终提出解决达州市商品住宅房地产供需矛盾的意见和建议.Chinese economy has turned into the new normalization and the conflict between the supplies and demands of commercial real estate has standed out. For Dazhou, it is worse. The reseraches on the situation of the commercial real estate have been done and the problems concerned of it has been analized in orde to put forward the viewpoint and suggestions.
