养心通脉饮对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及神经内分泌因子的影响

摘　　要：目的观察养心通脉饮对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心功能及对神经内分泌因子的影响。方法纳入2013年6月~2015年12月在我院心血管内科就诊的69例慢性心力衰竭患者,按照随机数字表分为对照组(n=33)和治疗组(n=36),对照组应用西药规范治疗,治疗组在西药治疗的基础上加用养心通脉方,比较两组治疗前后N端脑利钠肽前体(NT-Pro BNP)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)及醛固酮(ALD)水平变化。结果两组治疗前NT-Pro BNP、LVEF、AngⅡ及ALD水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗8周后两组LVEF较治疗前提高,而NT-Pro BNP明显下降(P<0.01),且治疗组改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗8周后AngⅡ、ALD水平较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组较对照组降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论养心通脉饮能够显著改善CHF患者心功能,提高生活质量,拮抗神经内分泌过度激活。Objective To observe the effect of Yangxin Tongmai Mixture on the cardiac function and neuroendocrine factors in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 69 patients with chronic heart failure patients in our hospital from June 2013 to December 2015 were divided into control group（n=33） and treatment group（n=36） according to random number table method,patients in the control group were treated routinely with western medicine,while patients in the treatment group were added with Yangxin Tongmai Mixture.The change of Angiotensin Ⅱ（AngⅡ）,N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor（NT-Pro BNP） and left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）,A ldosterone（ALD）,level before and after treatment were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the levels of NT-Pro BNP,LVEF,AngⅡand ALD before treatment between two groups（P〈0.05）.After 8 weeks of treatment,LVEF level in two groups was higher than that before treatment,while NT-Pro BNP level was significantly decreased（P〈0.01）,and which in the treatment group was significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After 8 weeks of treatment,the levels of Ang Ⅱ and ALD in two groups was lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,which in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Yangxin Tongmai Mixture can significantly improve the cardiac function and quality of life of patients with chronic heart failure,suppress over activation of neuroendocrine.
