某院2016年1～6月203例人血白蛋白使用情况分析

摘　　要：目的调查某院203例人血白蛋白的使用情况,并进行分析评价,为临床合理使用提供参考。方法采用回顾性调查方法,收集某院2016年1~6月203例使用人血白蛋白患者的相关数据,参照药品说明书以及有关指南进行分析。结果 203例患者共使用19 960 g白蛋白,人均用药量为98.32 g,用药时间1~27 d。且用药理由以低白蛋白血症(41.38%)为主,有存在部分无适应证用药和禁忌用药。结论该院人血白蛋白的使用还存在不合理之处,应严格把握适应证,遵循说明书及相关指南,加强血液制品的规范化使用。Objective To investigate the use of human albumin in 203 cases in a hospital so as to provide reference for its clinically rational use.Methods A retrospective review was conducted to collect and analyze the data of use of human albumin in 203 cases from January to June 2016 according to drug instructions and related guidelines.Results Altogether 19 960 g albumin was used by 203 cases of patients,and the dose per capita was 98.32 g.The duration of medication ranged from 1 to 27 days.The drug was prescribed mainly for patients with hypoalbuminemia（41.38%）.In some cases,the drug was used without clinical indications or disregarding the contraindications.Conclusion In view of the unreasonable use of human albumin in the hospital,the indications should be strictly mastered,the instructions and related guidelines should be followed and the standardized use of blood products should be strengthened.
