摘　　要：为适应当今社会的需求,医院必须走依法治院的道路。作为一家妇幼保健机构,我院将依法办院理念融入到医院各个管理层面,使医院全面形成依法管理、依法决策、依法执业的法治环境,切实提升医院科学化、规范化、制度化管理水平,推动医院健康快速发展。In order to meet the needs of society, the hospital must follow the road of administering a hospital according to law.As a maternity and child care institution,our hospital integrated the concept of hospital management according to a law into every management level,developed the legal environment of administration,decision,and operation in the hospital,and improve the level of hospital scientization,normalization,and institutionalization so as to boost up the rapid development of the hospital.
