护理专科护士门诊的关爱服务在流产后妇女中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨护理专科护士门诊的关爱服务在流产妇女中的应用效果。方法选取我院2013年5月~2014年5月接受过人工流产的患者200例,采用随机分配的方式分为观察组与对照组,各100例,观察组患者进行护理专科护士门诊的关爱服务,对照组患者则不进行关爱服务。通过多种方式进行问卷调查,并对比护理结果。结果观察组患者人工流产后的避孕效率和对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组人工流产后避孕方法的选择与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组非安全期避孕频率与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者避孕知识得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理专科护士门诊的关爱服务可以大大降低重复流产率,提高患者对生殖健康知识的了解,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of care services for post-abortion women in nursing clinics by specialized nurses.Methods From May 2013 to May 2014,200 patients with abortion were selected in our hospital and evenly divided into observation group and control group in random.The observation group was provided care service from nursing clinics by specialized nurses,while in the control group was not adopted care service.The questionnaire investigations were carried out in different ways and the nursing outcomes were compared.Results The contraceptive ef- ficiency after abortion in the observation group was significantly different than that in the control group （P〈0.05）.The contraceptive method in the observation group was greatly different than that in the control group with statistical signifi- cance （P〈0.OS）.Frequency of contraception during non-safe period between the observation group was compared with control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The score of knowledge about contraception in the observation group was higher than that in the control group with great difference in statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Care ser- vice in nursing clinics by specialized nurses can greatly reduce re-abortion rate and improve patients＇ understanding of reproductive health knowledge,which is worthy of promotion and application.
