摘 要:目的基于随机对照试验,评价磁刺激治疗尿失禁的效果。方法通过电子检索PubMed、Embase、Cochrone数据库,根据纳入标准对文章进行筛选并对文章的偏倚风险进行评价,采用RevMan 5.2软件进行统计学分析。结果共有8项研究纳入到我们的Meta分析中(磁刺激治疗组293例,对照组233例)。相比于对照组,磁刺激治疗组可以明显减少尿垫的重量(SMD=-0.52;95%CI:-1.01^-0.03;P=0.04)和排尿的次数(MD=-0.32;95%CI:-0.52^-0.11;P=0.002),并明显增加膀胱容量(SMD=0.59;95%CI:0.31~0.87;P=0.000 1)和膀胱的最大容量(SMD=0.87;95%CI:0.09~1.66;P=0.003)。结论磁刺激是一种有效的非创伤性的治疗尿失禁的方法。Objective To evaluate the effects of magnetic stimulation(MS)on the treatment of urinary incontinence based on randomized controlled trials.Methods By searching PubMed,Embase and Cochrone library,all eligible articles which conformed to the inclusion criteria were harvested,and the risk of bias was evaluated.Statistical analysis was conducted with software RevMan 5.2.Results A total of 8 articles(293 cases and 233 controls)were analyzed in our study.Compared with the control group,the treatment group had significantly lower pad weight(SMD=-0.52;95%CI:-1.01^-0.03;P=0.04),fewer number of void(MD=-0.32;95%CI:-0.52^-0.11;P=0.002),increased bladder capacity(SMD=0.59;95%CI:0.31~0.87;P=0.0001),and increased maximum cystometric capacity(SMD=0.87;95%CI:0.09~1.66;P=0.003).Conclusion Magnetic stimulation is an effective and non-invasive therapy for urinary incontinence.
