弹性盖板针布梳针通道与其梳理效果研究

摘　　要：为适应原棉品级差和现代梳棉的工艺要求,分析弹性盖板针布梳针组织,详细论述了MCH52D型系列纺棉弹性盖板针布梳针排列、梳针组织及制造工艺,并在不同企业对比了3种产品的梳理效果。指出:弹性盖板针布梳理效果与梳针通道及梳针组织、原棉质量和纺棉品种有关;应用MCH52D-A型弹性盖板针布更有利于棉结、杂质的去除和短绒率控制;改进梳针通道的弹性盖板针布是发展的新方向。To meet the process requirements of raw cotton quality difference and modern carding process,analysis is done to the flexible flat top card regarding the needle structure.Detailed discussion is made upon the cotton flexible flat top card MCH52D series with regard to the needle arrangement ,needle structure and the manufacturing process.Trial production is done in different enterprises with three kinds of products for the combing effect.It proves that the performance of the flexible flat top card is dependent on carding passage, needle structure,quality of raw cotton and spinning varieties. Application of the flexible flat top card MCH52D-A helps more in the removal of impurities and neps, short fiber rate control.The flexible flat top card with improved passage will be the future development.
