摘  要:目的:研究急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)患者生化指标变化与心肌梗死范围的关系。方法:所有患者均采取常规急性心肌梗死治疗,同时对患者的生化指标与心肌梗死范围进行分析。结果:治疗前后AMI患者的生化指标发生了明显的变化。治疗后血清肌红蛋白(Myoglobin,Mb)、肌酸激酶(creatine kinase,CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(lactate dehydrogenase,LDH)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)、心肌肌钙蛋白T(cardiac troponin,cTnT)、肌酸激酶同工酶(creatine kinase isoenzyme,CKMB)、心肌肌钙蛋白I(cardiac troponin I,cTnI)指标均低于治疗前(P<0.05);CKMB、cTnI与cTnT三项指标与患者的心肌梗死范围呈正相关(r=0.915、0.937、0.998,P<0.05)。结论:急性AMI患者生化指标变化与心肌梗死范围密切相关。Objective :To study the relationship between the changes of biochemical indexes and the range of myocardial infarction in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods:All patients were given conventional treatment for AMI in this study, and the biochemical indexes and myocardial infarction size of patients were analyzed. Results:The biochemical indexes of patients with AMI before and after treatment were significantly changed. After treatment, AST dropped to (30.44 ± 1.37 ) , CK ( 127.2 ± 1.35 ), CKMB (25.11 ± 2.37 ), LDH ( 167.32 ± 2. 81 ), Mb ( 55.99± 0.29 ), cTnT (0.14 ± 0.03 ), eTnI (0.15 ± 0.07 ) , and the differences were statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). The inde- xes of CKMB, cTnI and cTnT were closely related to the range of myocardial infarction. The above three biochemical indexes were proportional to the range of patient~ myocardial infarction. CKMB, eTnl and cTnT were positively correlated with myocardial infarction, and the correlation coefficients were 0. 915,0. 937, and 0. 998, respectively. The difference between the groups was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion:The changes of biochemical indexes in patients with AMI are positively correlated with the range of myocardial infarction.
