舒适护理在急诊介入栓塞治疗妇产科继发性大出血的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨急诊介入栓塞治疗及舒适护理在妇产科继发性大出血的应用效果。方法:将80例妇产科继发性大出血患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例,观察组患者均行急诊介入栓塞治疗,并行针对性地舒适护理,对照组患者未行急诊介入栓塞治疗,对患者进行常规护理,记录两组患者的治疗情况、术后并发症的发生情况、术后患者对护理的舒适度等,并进行对比分析。结果:观察组术后止血的总有效率为95.0%,对照组的总有效率为72.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为22.5%,对照组为45.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。出院时对照组患者的舒适度评分为(7.14±3.22)分,观察组患者的舒适度评分为(8.32±2.31)分,差异有有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妇产科急性大出血患者在经急诊介入栓塞治疗配合舒适护理后能够有效提高止血的有效率,降低并发症的发生率,使患者更舒适。Objective：To probe into the application of emergency interventional embolization combined with comfortable nursing to the treat- ment of secondary massive hemorrhage in obstetrics and gynecology. Methods：80 cases of secondary massive hemorrhage hospitalized in Longhua Peoplcg Hospital were chosen and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 40 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with emergency interventional embolization combined with comfortable nursing while the control group was treated with emergency interventional embolization combined with routine nursing , the efficacy of treatment recorded , the incidence of complications and the comfort de- gree of patients after operation compared and analyzed. Results：The total effective rate of hemostasis after operation in the observation group was 95% and that in the control group was 72.5 %, the difference being statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The incidence of complications after opera- tion in the observation group and the control group was 22.5 % and 45 % respectively, the difference being statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The score of the degree of comfort of the patients in the control group and the observation group was （7.14 ± 3.22） and （8.32± 2.31 ） respective- ly, the difference being statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The emergency interventional embolization combined with comfortable nursing for the patients with acute massive hemorrhage can improve the rate of hemostasis, reduce the incidence of complications and make patients more comfortable.
