摘　　要：阐述了大学科研管理系统的开发背景和意义,详细介绍了系统的总体框架结构、系统功能设计、数据库设计以及系统功能的具体实现。系统基于Web应用模式,实现了用户登录验证、教师科研成果的录入、编辑、逐级审核、科研考核评定、考核数据的导出及打印等功能,提高了科研管理人员的工作效率和工作质量,使科研管理工作的网络化、信息化和实效性得到了很大提升。This paper describes the development background and significance of university scientific research management system,and introduces the overall framework of the system structure,system function design,database design and the specific implementation of system functions. Based on the Web application mode,the system realizes the functions of user login validation,editing and entry of teacher’s scientific research achievement,step-by-step verification,evaluation of scientific research,exporting and printing of the scientific research evaluation data,etc.,which improve the work efficiency and quality of scientific research management personnel and enhance the networking,informatization and effectiveness of scientific research management.
