摘  要:针对空间照明双轴指向机构伺服驱动需求,提出了长寿命、高可靠两相混合式步进电机伺服控制器方案。该控制器以高可靠MCU作为主控电路,利用LM555时基电路、比较器LM139以及数模转换器AD7228组成正弦细分斩波恒流驱动电路,通过集成H桥电路LMD18200实现对电机功率输出。为实现指向机构闭环控制,以基于旋转变压器的测角元件为采集对象,选用OSC-15801及AD2S80A作为励磁和角度采集电路实现指向机构角度测量。此控制方案具有转动机构低速控制平稳,无低频振荡现象,控制简单、可靠等特点,可满足长寿命、小体积的空间双轴低速指向机构控制。Steering mechanism for space lighting biaxial servo drive demand put forward long life, high reliability two-phase hybrid stepper motor servo controller program. The controller with highly reliable MCU as the master circuit, time base circuit use LM555, LM139 comparator and DAC AD7228 sine segments consisting chopper constant current drive circuit, through integrated H-bridge circuit LMDI8200 achieve the motor power output. Pointing mechanism for the realization of closed-loop control, based on the angle measuring device resolver to collect objects, used OSC-15801 and AD2SSOA as the excitation point and angle of collection agencies angle measurement circuits. This control scheme has a rotating mechanism smooth low- speed control, no low frequency oscillation phenomenon, control was simple, reliable, could meet the long life, small size, low spatial point biaxial mechanism control.
