摘 要:基于低频电磁场有限元分析软件Ansoft Maxwell,对一电动轮椅用永磁盘式电机进行3D建模与电磁场分析,分别就其空载气隙磁密、齿槽转矩、空载反电势、空载漏磁系数及轴向吸力进行了详细探讨,并试制了一台样机用于测试。对比仿真与测试结果,验证仿真结果的正确性。相关的仿真研究,可为同类盘式电机的分析设计提供参考。Based on the low frequency electromagnetic analysis software Ansoft Maxwell, a disc-type permanent magnet motor applied for the driving of electrical wheelchair was modeled and analysed three dimensionally. And then the analysis result was discussed simultaneously mainly focus on the motor without load. Meanwhile, a prototype was also fabricated for the testing experiment and comparison of the simulation result was explored and validate. While the analys was process could provided some guidance for the related disc-type motor design.
