摘 要:眼镜的测量是渐进多焦点眼镜设计和加工过程中的一个重要环节,但是已有仪器的稳定性和精确度并不理想。因此设计了一种完整的测量系统,采用哈特曼夏-克传感器采集数据,采用望远系统对透过镜片的光线进行人眼视物的简单模拟,并通过Java编写测量软件,采集传感器接收到的不规则光波,并依据波前重构算法重构波前,与原始规则光波进行比较分析,得到Zernike系数,最终得到所需要的光焦度和散光的值。测量结果的精确度与预期设计基本吻合,达到了设计需求。The measurement of glasses is an important cal glasses, but the stability and the accuracy of the glasses part in the design and manufacture of progressive multifo- are not ideal. So the design of the a comprehensive meas- urement system, using Hartmann - shark sensors to collect the data, using telescope system of light to simulate the situation of eyes, and write software through the java to measure the glasses, sensor receives the irregular wave and according to the wavefront reconstruction algorithm to reconstruct the wavefront, and the original rules of light were comparative analysis, the Zernike coefficients are obtained, finally get needed to focus the light and the astigmatism values. The accuracy of the measurement results are in agreement with the expected design, and achieve the expected requirements of design.
