摘 要:以特殊钢尾渣作为掺和料,制备特殊钢尾渣泡沫混凝土。基于均匀设计和多元非线性回归法研究了各制备因素对特殊钢尾渣泡沫混凝土轻质性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,各制备因素对性能影响的主次顺序为:水泥用量>发泡剂用量>特殊钢尾渣用量>水料比>粉煤灰用量。干密度为600 g/cm3左右时,优化制备特殊钢尾渣泡沫混凝土的方案:水泥75.6份、特殊钢尾渣28.4份、粉煤灰13.9份、水料比为0.462、发泡剂用量为316.4 g。所建立的二次回归方程的预测精度高,相对误差仅为7.45%。优化制备特殊钢尾渣泡沫混凝土的结构致密,不仅具有较好的力学性能,而且能够包裹金属元素,实现特殊钢尾渣安全性的应用。Special steel tailings foam concrete was prepared with special steel tailings as admixture. The effect of every factor on lightweight performance and mechanical performance of special steel tailings foam concrete were studied by uniform design and multivariate nonlinear regression. The results showed that primary and secondary sequence of factors is cement content〉foaming agent content〉special steel tailings content〉ratio of water to material〉fly ash content. When the dry density is about 600 g/cm^3, the optimization program of special steel tailings foam concrete is cement content 75.6 copies, special steel tailings content 28.4 copies, fly ash content 13.9 copies, ratio of water to material 0.462, foaming agent content. The established quadratic regression equation of the prediction accuracy is high; the relative error is only 7.45%. Optimized preparation of special steel tailings foam concrete is compact structure, not only has good mechanical properties, but also can package metal elements, realize the security application of special steel tailings foam concrete.
