摘 要:湖南攸县难选硫铁矿矿物组成复杂、目的矿物赋存形式多样,金属矿物嵌布特征复杂、嵌布粒度不均匀、单体解离不一,造成彼此分离困难,导致硫铁矿物选矿分离与综合回收难度大。为有效回收该硫铁矿资源,在系统工艺矿物学研究基础上进行了选矿试验研究。结果表明,采用"优先选硫-尾矿磁选收铁"的浮磁联合工艺,在原矿硫品位为19.55%、铁品位为30.88%的情况下,产出了硫品位为38.23%、回收率为90.20%的硫精矿,铁品位为66.69%、回收率为60.03%的铁精矿。Refractory pyrite is difficulty in separation and comprehensive recovery, because of the mineral composition is complex, the occurrence of purpose mineral is varied, embedded characteristics of metallic mineral is complex, the disseminated grain size is uneven and the liberation is different. For the effective recovery of the pyrite ore dressing experiment study in detail based on the process mineralogy research on system. The results show that floating magnetic combined process using "preferential sulfur collection tailings magnetic separation iron", in the ore containing sulfur 19.55, iron ore 30.88%, obtained sulfur concentrate sulfur 38.23%, sulfur recovery rate of 90.20%, iron 66.69%, iron recovery of 60.03% iron concentrate.
