摘  要:制备了CaCO_3/POE/HDPE防水卷材,研究了POE对HDPE性能的影响,以及CaCO_3对POE/HDPE体系性能的影响。结果表明,POE具有很好的增韧效果,POE添加量在5%~10%时,POE/HDPE共混体系的综合力学性能最好;CaCO_3有利于POE/HDPE体系抗冲击强度的提高,且能起到增强增韧作用;而在不添加POE的情况下,由于CaCO_3与HDPE的相容性较差,会导致HDPE性能下降。CaCO_3和POE的加入,可降低HDPE的平衡扭矩,提高加工流动性,降低生产能耗。CaCO3/POE/HDPE waterproofing membrane is prepared, and the article studies the influence of POE on performances of HDPE, and the influence of CaCO3 on properties of POE/HDPE system. Results show: POE has excellent toughening effect, when POE's adding amount is 5%-10%, the comprehensive mechanical property of POE/HDPE blending system is the best; CaCO3 can improve the impact strength of POE/HDPE system and also has reinforcing and toughening effects; without adding POE, the compatibility of CaCO3 and HDPE will be poor, which will degrade the performance of HDPE; the adding of CaCO3 and POE can reduce the balance torque of HDPE and improve processing fluidity, further lower the production energy consumption.
