摘 要:为了得到挤压型聚苯乙烯(XPS)在两面临空与贴壁两种工况下的竖向燃烧特性,利用锥形量热仪与自制竖向燃烧实验平台开展XPS竖向燃烧试验。测定两种工况下的质量损失率并推导出相应的热释放速率,测定贴壁工况XPS竖向热解速率随试样宽度的变化。结果表明,随着辐射通量的变化,XPS的有效燃烧热基本稳定在25.1 MJ/kg;两面临空工况下稳定阶段的质量损失率与热释放速率为贴壁工况的3倍;贴壁工况下,试样宽度为125mm左右出现热解速率最小值。In order to obtain the vertical combustion characteris- tics of extruded polystyrene (XPS) under two different condi- tions of two-side emptied and adherent, using cone calorimeter and selbmade vertical combustion experimental platform, XPS vertical combustion experiments were carried out. The mass loss rate under two conditions was measured, and the'heat re- lease rate was deducted. The vertical pyrolysis rate changing with the sample width under the condition of adherent was measured. Results showed that, as though the radiation flux variation, the effective combustion heat of XPS settles in 25.1 MJ/kg; the mass loss rate and heat release rate under the con- dition of two-side emptied is 3 times of that under the condition of adherent; when adherent, in the width of about 125 mm there is a minimum value of the pyrolysis rate.
