摘 要:通过对国内南北方三个地区的三个石化企业在役的泡沫灭火剂取样,按照国家标准GB 15308-2006《泡沫灭火剂》中的检测方法对灭火时间、抗烧时间进行检测。水成膜泡沫灭火试验均采用工业汽油为燃料,抗醇泡沫灭火剂灭火性能测试采用丙酮为燃料。检测结果表明:泡沫灭火剂的储存形式对其灭火性能影响不大;部分企业有不合格产品的存在。建议过期泡沫灭火剂立即更换;有条件的石化企业采购时优先采购灭火级别高的泡沫灭火剂。Based on the three extinguishing foam agent samples of three petrochemical enterprises from three different areas in China,fire extinguishing time and burnback time of these foams were measured with methods from Foam Extinguishing Agent (GB 15308--2006). The fuel of fire extinguishing experiment by aqueous film-forming foam was gasoline, the fuel of fire ex- tinguishing experiment by alcohol-resistant foam was acetone. Test results showed that foam storage method has little influ- ence on fire extinguishing capability. Some foams are unquali- fied in some petrochemical enterprises. Some advices were given that overdue foam should be replaced on time; foam agent of high level is recommended when petrochemical enterprises de- cide to purchase foam under certain conditions.
