摘 要:通过锥形量热测试表征丁腈橡胶、硅橡胶、氟橡胶和氟醚橡胶的阻燃性能,测定在25、35、50kW/m^2的热辐射通量下各胶种的热释放速率变化情况、热释放速率峰值大小和点燃时间等,分析各胶种的阻燃性能。通过氧指数试验测定出4种橡胶的氧指数,分析试验现象及规律,表征材料的燃烧性能。结果表明:丁腈橡胶的pHRR值最大,硅橡胶达到pHRR所需时间最短,氟系列橡胶的pHRR值最小,且达到pHRR所需时间最长,说明4种橡胶的阻燃性由高到低为:氟醚橡胶>氟橡胶>硅橡胶>丁腈橡胶。含氟类橡胶的氧指数最大、阻燃性最好,丁腈橡胶次之,硅橡胶氧指数最小。含氟系列橡胶材料的阻燃性能较优,适合用作飞机高温密封材料。The flame retardancy of Nitrile rubber, Silicone rub- ber, fluororubber and Desflurane rubber was researched by CONE test. The heal release rates changes, the peak heat re- lease rate, ignition times and other important parameters under heat fluxes of 25. 35, 50 kW/m^2 were tested to analyze the flame-retardant properties of various types of rubbers. Oxygen indexes of four kinds of rubbers were tested and experimental phenomena and law of them were analyzed, to characterize the combustion performance of materials. The results showed that the Nitrile rubber had the biggest pHRR. The Silicone rubber reached the pHRR first. The fluororubber had the smal- lest pHRR and reached'the pHRR last. That means the com- bustion performance of this 4 rubbers from the best is desflu rane rubber, fluororubber, Silicone rubber and Nitrile rubber. The rubber with fluorine has the biggest Oxygen index and best flame retardancy, and then is the Nitrile rubber; the Silicone rubber has the smallest Oxygen index. Rubber with fluorine is suitable for high temperature seal materials in plane because of better flame retarcancy.
