摘　　要：[目的/意义]大数据带来了思维方式的变革,以大数据思维重新审视数据、警察、警察组织、警务决策以及犯罪治理,现代警务需要确立全新的大数据思维方式,方可破解传统犯罪情报分析的困局。[方法/过程]从剖析警务视野下的大数据思维入手,界定了大数据思维语境下的犯罪情报分析的内涵、内容和流程。[结果/结论]大数据语境下的犯罪情报分析,是专业的犯罪分析师围绕犯罪学意义上的"犯罪问题",采用系统的、科学的数据分析过程和方法,对犯罪相关数据进行统计分析和系统研究,以识别犯罪模式,发现犯罪诱因,及时采取有针对性的治理措施,从而为警方有效地打击、减少和预防犯罪提供全方位的情报支持的过程。[ Purpose/Significance ] Big data bring the change of way of thinking. For re-examining the data, police, police organization, policing decision-making and crime control in big data thinking, modem policing need to establish new ways of thinking about big data, to break the predicament of the traditional criminal intelligence analysis. [ Method/Process] This article began with dissecting the police analysis in the perspective of the big data thinking, defined the connotation, content and process of criminal intelligence analysis in the context of big data thinking. [ Result/Conclusion] The criminal intelligence analysis in the context of big data is that professional crime analysts will analyze and research the related criminal data by using systemic scientific process and method around the Criminological Significance of ＂crime item＂, to identify crime patterns and crime inducements, and then take targeted treatment measures timely, thus to provide a full range of intelligence support to police for combating, reducing and preventing crimes effectively.
