摘　　要：叙述了采用卤水制碱的氯碱企业通过对螯合树脂塔再生程序的优化和对设备的改造,达到了高氯离子废水回收、低氯离子废水外排的效果,实现了节能减排的目的。The results of recycling wastewater with high chloride ion content and discharging the one with low chloride ion content were achieved through optimizing the regeneration program of chelating-resin tower and u bittern, the pgrading equipment. Thus, for chlor - alkali enterprises of producing caustic soda from aims of energy-saving and emission reduction were realized.
