摘　　要：分析氯气透平式压缩机设备运行过程中,可倾瓦块、止推轴承损坏的原因可能是启停机组频繁、润滑油品质差、高速转子造成的机械振动;梳齿套损坏的原因可能是密封气品质差、密封气阀开度小。为了消除这些因素的影响,在运行维护过程中合理控制参数,保证了设备正常稳定运行。The possible causes of damage of tilting pad and thrust bearing during operation of chlorine turbocompressor were analyzed to be frequent start-up and shutdown, poor quality of lubricating oil, and mechanical vibration caused by high-speed rotor. The possible causes of damage of comb sheath were analyzed to be poor quality of seal gas and small opening of seal gas valve. In order to eliminate the effects of these factors, parameters were controlled reasonably in operation and maintenance and thus normal and stable operation of the turbocompressor was ensured.
