摘  要:乙炔气洗涤水中固含量较大,易造成注水喷头堵塞,因此洗涤水不能直接作为洗涤循环水和乙炔生产原料,必须通过外循环沉降澄清后,取其上清液循环使用,电石湿渣作为固废进行处理。在洗涤水外循环处置过程中,洗涤水中溶解的乙炔气、硫化氢、磷化氢等气体极易散发出来,影响环境。针对此情况,对发生器进行了改造,降低了洗涤水中的固含量,使洗涤水进行内循环直接回用,避免恶臭气体逸至大气,并降低了电石消耗。If the nozzle would happe solid content in washing water for acetylene was high, the blockage of water injection n easily. Therefore, the washing water could not be directly reused and could not be used as raw materials for acetylene production. The washing water must be settled and clarified in outside circulation, then the supernatant was recycled and the wet calcium carbide sludge was treated as solid waste. During the outside circulation, some gas dissolved in the carbide slurry, such as acetylene, hydrogen sulfide and phosphine, evolved very easily and polluted environment. In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the generators were remodeled to reduce the solid content in washing water and the washing water was internally circulated and directly recycled. Thus, the escape of the odorous gas to atmosphere was avoided and consumption of calcium carbide was reduced.
