摘　　要：丝绸之路跨国申遗项目已成功列入世界文化遗产,为丝绸之路经济带区域文化遗产保护和开发带来新的契机,同时也为巩固中国同沿线国家的深化合作提出挑战。因此,通过明晰丝绸之路经济带国内段和中亚段文化遗产保护的基础,深入剖析现存的文化遗产保护困境,进而提出构建完善规范的法制体系、保护为先协调综合效益、建立合理灵活的融资机制、旅游先行带动文化产业等有效举措,实现丝绸之路经济带文化遗产保护的提升和优化。The Silk Road has been listed in the world cultural heritage, which brings new opportunity to th cultural heritage protection and development around Silk Road economic belt region, meanwhile challenge deep cooperation along with countries along the belt. Therefore, by clearing the basis of the cultural herit age protection both in domestic and central Asia part of the Silk Road economic belt, deeply analyzing o predicament of the existing cultural heritage protection, and then proposing effective measures to build perfect legal system, coordinate comprehensive benefit with protection first, establish reasonable flexibl financing mechanism, promote the cultural industry by tourism, we can achieve the promotion and optimi zation of cultural heritage of the Silk Road economic belt.
