摘  要:延迟退休能否实现增收减支和提高退休收入公平性的政策目标,取决于其对劳动力市场的影响。采用家庭生产和家庭代际转移的迭代模型,探索考虑家庭代际非财务向下转移时延迟退休政策对青年就业的影响,并基于问卷调查数据进行实证分析。研究结论显示:当外购商品或服务与家庭生产时间构成较强的替代关系时,延迟退休会增加家庭代际非财务向下转移,从而促进青年就业;延迟退休政策应提高选择延迟退休劳动者的收入或收入替代率,完善家政服务和养老服务市场,为家庭代际转移创造条件,同时创造更多的青年就业机会。Whether postponing retirement can achieve the policy goals of reducing expenses or raising incomes and equity, depending on its impact on the labor market. Drawing on an overlapping generation model with domestic production and parental transfers, as well as the empirical analysis based on survey data, this paper examines the impact of postponing retirement on the employment of the young. It is concluded that delaying retirement will increase non--financial family intergenerational transfer downward, and promoting the employment of the youth, with purchased goods or services and time of family production strongly substituted. Appropriate incentives should be adopted by increasing retirement income or in- come replacement rate. Developing housekeeping and pension services markets to create conditions for family transfers and provide more employment opportunities for the youth.
