摘  要:通过对变频器的工作原理分析得出其在输入、输出回路中产生6k±1次谐波。针对这一问题,设计了一种基于WT1600数字功率计的变频器测试系统。该系统由上位机、数字功率计、ACS600变频器、电机等部分组成。采用该系统对ACS600变频器加载电机进行了测试,并对输入、输出侧采集到的数据在Matlab中进行傅里叶分析,结果与理论值一致。同时,将变频器的工作原理在PSIM软件中进行仿真,仿真结果与分析结果一致。最后根据谐波产生的危害,提出相应的抑制的方法,进而使变频器输出更加优质的电能。By analyzing the working principle of the inverter,we concluded its produce harmonics 6k± 1 in the input and output circuit.In order to solve this problem,this paper designed a kind of inverter test system based on WT1600 digital power meter.The system consists of PC,digital power meter,ACS600 frequency converter, motor and other parts.The system of ACS600 frequency converter load motor were tested and the input and output side data collected had Fourier analysis in MATLAB,and the results are consistent with the theoretical value.At the same time,the working principle of frequency converter was simulated in PSIM software,and the simulation results are consistent with the results of the analysis.Finally,according to the harm of harmonic produced,we put forward the corresponding method of inhibition,and then made the inverter output more highquality electricity.
