摘　　要：面对互联网项目投资的高潮,以净现值法为基础、基于实物期权理论并结合德尔菲法对互联网项目价值提出技术经济评价方法,为互联网项目投资者提供决策参考。定性与定量相结合的方法,以财务评价为基础,通过实物期权理论将项目的成长性考虑进来,通过德尔菲法对项目发展前景做出预测,得出项目投资的判断矩阵,项目投资者根据判断矩阵做出投资决策。Facing the climax of the Internet investment,techno-economic appraisal of Internet project was proposed based on net present value,real option theory and the Delphi method in order to provide a reference for the Internet project investors.The appraisal is qualitative and quantitative,and based on real option theory which takes the growth of the projects into account,and predicts the development prospects of the project by Delphi method,and draws investment projects judgment matrix.Project investors can make investment decisions based on judgment matrix
