摘　　要：短期融资是当前经济发展和社会进步的重要表现形式。短期融资券在使用和融资过程中存在一定的风险。表现为信用风险、流动性风险、利率风险、评级风险四方面。准确把握资金的投资方向、强化企业的资金管理能力、建立健全信用评价机制、加强财务信息的有效监管是规避风险的有效方法。Short-term financing is the important form of economic development and social progress. In the process of using and financing of short-term financing bonds, there exit certain risks in terms of the four following aspects： credit, liquidity, interest rate and rating. Some effective methods can be used to avoid risk： to precisely grasp the direction of capital investment, to strengthen enterprise capital management ability, to establish and improve system and to, strengthen effective regulation of financial information.
